Bought nearly $500 worth of product for my sons bed and was told by the staff member who helped me that if anything wasnt right/didnt fit, we could exchange it, as she wasnt sure if the sizes would fit the dimensions we discussed. When we got home, the dimension on the mattress protector she sold me was too small for the bed so I went back in a week later and asked to exchange. It was brand new, not even opened, and I had the receipt, but the lady there said no they dont exchange bedding and kept pointing to the signs saying did you read this? I kindly explained to her that I was told by THEIR staff member that we could exchange if it didnt fit and she just said no we dont do that, didnt offer me any further discussion or apology just said no. Didnt even ask me for the staff members name who said I could do this. I understand store policy, but I spent over $500 and wouldve appreciated them at least looking into why the other staff member told me the wrong info or even apologised for the confusion. The lady was just rude.
