        Excellent care. I forgot to bring a dr referral and instead of sending me home the receptionist organised a referral with my dr who was busy at the surgery

        Wonderful, caring & very understanding staff - not just the doctors & nurses but each & every person employed to help people touched by this dreadful disease. For each person who helped me - thankyou, you are all angels to me! Today, I hope I will not be needing any of you again! Thankyou & bless you all.

        This was my first visit to Eastern Breast and Cancer Centre after 11 unpleasant years visiting Monash Breast Clinic and feeling like I was just a number. The difference was amazing. I felt cared for and respected by the specialist. (although I still needed to "take a number " a couple of times. Lol) During covid lockdowns you can't get in via the Grey street entrance, and need to enter and QR via the main hospital door.
