Recovery Lab Richmond

Recovery lab is my Happy Place!!! I got a 10 day intro pack to try all the services; it was the perfect length to get into the hang of things. My favourite routine became: IR sauna, ice bath, and ending with Compex. After a week, I got on the #8minuteclub wall for staying in the ice bath for 8 mins. And on my last day I got up to 15 minutes! Staff are also super friendly and knowledgeable about the technologies on offer.

This place is hidden gem! I was looking for a cold plunge/ice bath facility after having been diagnosed with an autoimmune situation in May.. a friend referred me here. Liz was extremely helpful and empathetic to my situation when I called to enquire about the fine print and logistics; booking is easy, pricing is super reasonable, they have infrared sauna/hot showers available just in case I "over due it," they were able to put my membership on pause during the "rough patches" and they respond to their socials/emails/phone calls immediately. Honestly could not have asked for more support. This form of therapy has been monumental in my recovery - highly recommend this place for anyone struggling with excessive inflammation post covid.

The boys have provided an incredible space with a super relaxed atmosphere and can provide you with some really helpful recovery tips. Highly recommend the sauna followed by ice bath combo. Will leave you feeling unstoppable

Recovery Lab Richmond is a one stop shop for everything in wellness, you gotta try the sauna and ice bath combo. Great friendly staff ! Always leave here feeling a millions bucks !!

Definitely worth making the time for some recovery. I was sceptical at first, but noticed a massive difference in soreness doing a fitness challenge one week without going to recovery lab and the other going to it. Lots of different things to try - keeps it interesting. Staff are super lovely too, which is also a bonus.
