IF THERE WAS A MINUS 5 RATING, THIS MOB DESERVES IT.
The Richmond office cancelled my booking a few hours before the actual pick up time, over the phone.
These actions by Europcar costs me $600 plus... in losses
I went through a horrible time to reorganize the move on a Sunday when most businesses were shut.(BIG THANK YOU TO AVIS TRUCK RENTAL)
Minutes after the phone call informing me about the cancellation, I received an email which said "we are sorry to learn that your travel plans have changed and you had to cancel"
To make matters worse, they send me this "BIG LIE" on email, because it was EUROPCAR who cancelled it.
Very very unAUSTRALIAN... Mr. Bhargav, please understand certain businesses needs more professionalism and commitment, so please don't attempt to ruin more peoples valuable time and resources.

I called up Richmond from several times and left a voicemail, they never answered.
I called the customer service line, they just told me to call Richmond and wouldn't help me. I asked to speak to a manager and was told 'the manager doesn't want to speak to you.'
I then called the Roadside assist to come and fix it, they said it would cost me $100 for them to come and fix it, even though it says free roadside assist on their website.
