My son developed a serious skin infection that was misdiagnosed, and when we found out that he needed antibiotics we found out that due to the pandemic there has been issues with supply with antibiotics. I called 10 pharmacies already, each one telling me that they don't have it, sorry and hand up. Keith from amcal Burnley was the only one compassionate enough to hear the desperation in my voice and said he will do all he can to help me. He went above and beyond to call the GP and have the antibiotic changed to something very similar as the original script was almost impossible to find in this current circumstance. He called me 5 minutes later asking me to come as he has the last bottle which he will dispense for my son. I am so grateful as out of 11 people I called, he was the only one to make sure I get the medication for my son. Thank you Keith, thank you amcal.
