Dr Andrew D Beischer

Fortunately my wife recommended Dr Beischer over another Surgeon and it was the best decision we made. He actually took the time to review my scans properly and acted on it straight away. Another Surgeon at Epworth I was initially referred to was going to leave it 24 hours, which would have potentially been too late and may have resulted in amputation. So whilst others on here have been critical of bedside manner and other minor things - who cares when you have the best actual Surgeon on the case!

Dr Beischer treated and fixed the big toe on my right foot around 4 years ago. I recently had an issue in my left ankle requiring fusion of this joint. Dr Beischer has been nothing short of excellent delivering a fuss free operation so far. His approach is highly professional and he is a very personable chap. His receptionist Kylie is also very easy to deal with and organises everything with a smile, well done to you Andrew and all of your team. I would recommend your practice to anyone requiring lower leg surgery.

My sincere thanks go to Dr Andrew Beischer ! Over an 8 month period I have now successfully undergone the replacement of both left and right ankle joints, thanks to the expertise of a brilliant surgeon. Unlike some of the negative comments posted, my experience has been positive in every manner.

Arrogant, overbearing, dismissive of women particularly, he was unable to see a clear lisfrancs injury and his care of my foot was appalling to the point of negligence.
