Dr Scott Blair-West saved my life, and sanity 20 or more odd years ago, he was very professional, through his guidance, I got back my life and Ive lived a productive life ever since. With mental illness there are no cures but though the management treatment tools he gave me I now apply them when need be Would highly, highly recommend him no question! 2 yrs later I did return for a tune up and when I suffer triggers I can help myself out of them

I have to respond to "Jim Kokkalis", he is out of line, to call him a criminal suggests to me that you need more therapy that what you realise. Scott-Blair West is an honest man who deserves the reputation he has earned as being one of the best therapists for OCD in Victoria and Jim should be ashamed of his comments. Yes, he often runs late, but that's because he is not one of these therapists that as soon as it hits the time limit he shutdown the session, he gives you the time you need which is a welcome change that should be celebrated. So if I have to wait extra time then so be it for someone who genuinely cares for their patients instead of the clock, from someone, myself, who earns a lot of bucks per hour! He deserves his reputation, the only thing I will say that is negative about him is that he is not the most personable, empathetic person you'll meet, but that's just his personality which is why I give 4 stars instead of 5. He clearly knows what he is on about and he'll give you the best medical treatment and advice in Victoria for OCD provided you accept that he sometime doesn't appear to be the most empathetic person there is, but to slander him as others have, is at best misguided, at worst, I'm sorry to say, you need more treatment than you realise.

Great psychiatrist. Couldn't recommend enough. Compassionate, very experienced, personable and industry expert in OCD.

Very poor experience. I think the hype around this guy is created by himself. I would not recommend him at all. Arrogance is not helpful when somebody is mentally unwell. Their are much nicer people around for treatment.
