Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my partner for Valentines Day. Unfortunately they didn't make it to my partners workplace on the day. Jane & the team, after contacting them followed up by confirming they got lost in transit & provided another bouquet, a box of koko black chocolates & refunded me the original cost for the flowers for the trouble. My partner loved the bouquet, had plenty of compliments on them from her colleagues as well in regards to the arrangement & quality. Will definitely do business with Hampstead flowers again.

Had a lovely first experience with this florist when ordering a bouquet for my sisters birthday. The fresh bouquet was beautifully arranged and packaged, with delivery right on time. Reasonably priced for the quality.
