        Mel has created the most wonderful, safe and uplifting space. As a larger gal with below-average cardio abilities who is often terrified of some of these specialty fitness studios, I felt welcome the instant I walked in and was hooked from my first class! The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable, they encourage you to go at your own pace but push yourself when you can, and it's just so much damn FUN!!!! I love it here, and big shoutout to Mel and Naomi who are absolute legends.
