Fantastic and caring doctors. Super helpful and responsive and concerned about all elements of health. I would not go elsewhere.

Ninety percent of the time, my visit to the doctor or conversation with reception ends up in disappointment. I called up to find out about a follow up of pathology tests results that I had done and was informed that the results came back and the doctor had signed them off as normal. I asked for a copy of the results to be sent to me and on viewing the results, the units were lower than the reference. I called back and asked if the doctor could review again because it didnt seem right and that I wanted to know if I should keep taking the supplements and the response that I got back was that I needed to make an appointment. I let the receptionist know that I wasnt interested in booking an appointment because all I wanted to know if I should continue the pills or not, but she insisted that that is the policy and that if I had a question for the doctor I can just send an email. *I should add that the receptionist rudely kept talking over me and did not seem to have any kind of empathy. Made me feel like I was speaking to a sales consultant and not a medical receptionist* I received a call shortly after from the same receptionist saying that a text was sent to me a few days prior from another doctor who reviewed my results saying that my results have improved but I should still continue the supplements. I let the receptionist know that I never received that text message and her response was well it was sent This frustration and disappointment could have been avoided if the receptionist looked at my profile and saw the note about the text message and communicated this to me, as opposed to trying to get me in for another appointment. Also she did not take any interest in following up on why I didnt receive the text message. My message to the receptionist is that a bit of empathy and attention to detail goes a long way. My message to the practice manager and doctors, do not use texts to communicate with patients. The system clearly does not work.

Although the doctor is very nice and helpful, I really dont understand the logic that the receptionist told me - you are not supposed to see a doctor when you have cold symptoms. So if I dont have symptoms, why do I need to see a doctor?? Arent doctors in VIC/AU for treating patients???

Ive been a patient of this practice for over 10 years and the service and quality has deteriorated drastically. Unfortunately, my regular GP left the practice and now Im seeing a different GP at the same practice. My previous GP used to give me a pathology form for tests for a general health checkup and answer simple questions via email without an appointment but the new GP needs me to make an appointment even for a 2-minute job but never ever has the courtesy to inform me about the test results. Every single time I phone reception after weeks of no news and they either say your GP is on holidays or weve already informed you about the results which they never did. When I ask them to check with my doctor and get back to me they never do! So, I never know if I should worry about the test results or not. This has happened to me 4 times. The same has happened to my partner. Its appalling that your GP is so irresponsible and unreliable. I feel like my new GP is all about money and nothing else! I also blame the reception staff for not doing their job by not conveying messages to the patients given by their GP and also not following up on requests done by patients. I think its time to find a new doctor and practice because ones GP and their practice should be a responsible, reliable and safe place for their patients and not a place thats all about money who forgets the patients after taking their money!

I have been a patient of this practice for about 20 years long before they moved to this premise. Whilst I have no complaints about the doctors whom are very good and thorough. The current reception staff are rude and indifferent. Yesterday after seeing the doctor I had to arrange a respiratory function test which can be done at this clinic. As I was trying to arrange the appointment with the receptionist, there were other patients in reception talking and this coupled with mask wearing made it difficult to hear suitable times available. I apologized to the receptionist that I could not hear her and leaned forward. As leaned forward to hear her, she accused me of looking at computer screen and chastised me in front of other patients. This was embarrassing and humiliating. I had certainly had no interest at looking at any computer screen. I said nothing as it was obvious that any protest would have been viewed as aggressive. There signs everywhere warning patients about abusive behaviour. The receptionist staff have changed at this practice and I feel there is both an indifference or worse antagonistic view of patients. This was certainly not the case with the previous staff.
