ANZ Branch Richmond (Bridge Road)

I had an issue with fraudulent activity in my credit card and Hannah at Bridge Road ANZ was incredibly helpful and sorted it for me on the spot. I had called the customer service line every day for a week only to be out on hold for 2 hours each time and then hung up on. No one could provide with with updates but when I went into this branch, Hannah sorted it all out, followed up with the Fraud team and emailed me with updates. Outstanding service from Hannah!

This is a nice quiet, medium sized bank. The staff are friendly, and great, and always ready to assist you with any banking needs or to answer any banking related questions. There's never a more than 5-7 minute wait but a lot of the time there's no wait at all. This bank has 2 ATMs for your use.

I went to this branch to open up a new account. Melbourne was a completely new city for me and i came here as a student. Mandeep is an absolute gem. He was extremely humble and helped me activating my account in just few mins while explaining each and everything in detail. Yeah thats the type of customer service everybody wants. Cheers to him and the whole team.

Recently they have been closed from 12:15- 1pm, due to staff shortages. So inconvenient.
