The quality and workmanship of the repairs to the rear bumper of my bmw were substandard. When I raised the issues with the manager I was informed he thought that it was all to standard and couldnt see what the problem was. Perhaps it was that the cutout was not straight, that parts were over it, that the cuts were not filed down and had jagged edges or that the whole thing wasnt symmetrical. I ended up having to push a case through my insurer to have the sub standard repair work rectified which in its self was a time consuming process, all for a not at fault accident. I would not trust repair hub with my vehicle a second time.
