        The staff at Specsavers Carindale are so welcoming and caring. I've always received prompt care without an appointment and given a lot of support throughout the process. They have a great selection of frames and offer great advice on which frames suit you best.

        By far the worst experience I have ever received from a Specsavers outlet. A staff member at the Victoria Gardens was completely dismissive and left me in a fragile state thinking that all I could do is spend hundreds of dollars to fix the problem. I went to my local Specsavers in Altona instead to get a second opinion which resulted in the best service I have ever had, and the problem was fixed without having to pay. The Specsavers at Victoria Gardens just did not want to help me and as someone with a disability this is very challenging to be told that they just need to spend lots of money to fix a problem when theres another option available.
