I worked with Simon & Andrew for over 5 years. Genuine guys with whom you can have a real conversation. I consider them part of my business. Their service is amazing & the results match. Our SEO & Digital advertising through Google, Bing, YouTube & Display have increased our traffic by more than 600% & our leads have gone from 50 leads a month to over 500 leads per month. From experience: I would strongly recommend that you DO NOT use this company. They are very good at telling you what they want you to hear, to convince you to use their business to market your business. Which unfortunately I did, to them its all about signing on the bottom line, they really do not care about your business at all. If they did, they would take responsibility for not being able to produce what they said they could produce, was increased of traffic to my business. To be totally honest with you, they told me something could not be done with regards to Google advertising, but l, the customer knew it could be and I was proven to be correct. So they dont know what they think they know, but are good at convincing you that they do. Unfortunately for us taking up advertising with these guys actually worked in the reverse for us, it actually stopped the phones from ringing and took business away from our business. Then they had the audacity to tell me that getting 9 phone calls in a month was good, but what they didnt know is 90% of those phone calls were previous customers. They were unable to produce what they said they could produce. When challenged on this became extremely rude & nasty. Not willing to fix it, not willing to offer suggestions, not willing to help in anyway, you were locked into a contract and thats all they were focused on. Save yourself a lot of time, stress and money and find another company. Be warned they are very nice, polite and convincing when they come to visit you.
