        We have had Principia wines in the past but weren't aware that tastings were available by appointment. The ambiance was rustic which made for a unique and memorable experience. The real highlight, however, was the exceptional quality of the chardonnay and pinot noir wines. Both were absolutely delicious and showcased Darrin's expertise and passion for winemaking. Darrin was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. He also had an incredible wealth of knowledge about the winemaking process. We highly recommend their wines, you won't be disappointed!"

        One of the best Pinot Noir in the Peninsula. It was pleasure to meet Darrin who was very humble. He also gave a tour of their area. Its a must try place for anyone who visits peninsula. Will be back soon again.

        What an incredible experience, very fortunate to be welcomed into the barrel room and winery by Darrin. Wines are simply stunning, beautiful wines that are made with a lot of love and dedication to his craft. Can't recommend this winery highly enough, a must when on the Peninsula!
