This has been a horriable experience! First off l paid over the recommended retail price , then they didn't reply to my numerous phone calls , now refusing a refund - product was tiny !! Never again

I bought a dress on sale that i love so much, but it reeks of perfume like someone has worn it. To quote their response: no refund and "As you may be aware Amelie & Franks is recognised for its perfumes, candles and olfactory scents, it is a highly fragrant environment, this could explain why your dress had a certain heavily perfumed smell." So unless you want a dress or shirt that smells like its been worn, i wouldnt bother. Now off to the dry cleaner to get rid of the rancid smell. An extra $30 for me. There's no goodwill gesture at all, nor did they have the ability to come up with an acceptable solution. They hide behind their dockets narrative that says no exchanges or refunds, so be very sure you like what you buy and check it over thoroughly. I have shopped here before, and i have not noticed such strong odur on anything. So much for being a good customer, they must be desperate for sales. I'm local too and wont go back!
