Ansel Holdings Pty Ltd t/a ANSEL HOMES

Ansel is an absolute joke of a company. Steer well clear. So here it is, we bought this house and were forced to settle, building with Ansel homes was the biggest mistake my family and i have made. We were promised what was on the contract and promises weren't kept, we were lied to, the house is still today in incomplete. I encourage all not to build with this company, they will go as far as taking legal actions against you for not settling an unfinished house. Very unprofessional, very unorganised and no communication skills. We now have to take this matter further so they will agree to complete what's in he signed contract. Building with ansel homes was meant to be an exciting time for my family and I, and instead it has been a very stressful and unpleasant time. We're not even looking forward to moving in, the house is not a complete brand new home. Very disappointing. The photo taken of the property is either photo shopped, because up close this is what the property actually looks like

We felt very comfortable with Ansel homes team approach. Sandy really listened to our brief and provided excellent advice. His final outcome was outstanding. The management of the housedesign, consent and contract process was seamless and stress-free with clear instructions from the team at Ansel homes and very little effort required from us.
