The service are so disappointed. Ive called twice due to messing up my appointment, theyve told me that my appointment are moving on the 8th of May, but I did not receive anything, therefore I went today and asked, however theyve said my appointment is being moved to the 15th of may. I was so confused by this message, cause I did not receive any called or message saying its being moved, as I have called and checked, but they kept saying its 8th of may. dont deserve any stars!!

I would like to take this opportunity to Thank Makayla for her on going support. I have found Makayla to be very helpful and professional. Im eternally grateful to have met someone who has always been kind and has a caring nature.

***EDIT FROM RESPONSE: You did not make several attempts to contact me. I made several attempts to contact you and never got my calls returned. It was conveyed to me that my business was no longer appropriate, but it was not fully explained to me why to a level that I completely understood. Yes, I was provided recommended resources though.**** I was a client here for about 6 months, and it went very well during that time. Lovely and professional staff. However there was a breakdown in the relationship with my psychologist (on her end, I didn't have issues). Since then, I have had difficulties getting in contact with staff and getting information about a new psychologist. I was promised on multiple occasions that I would be contacted about my request, however this never occurred. Terrible customer service during this time period, and I felt very slighted at the treatment I received. I have since managed to get in contact with a manager who has informed me that the psychologists are not currently taking on new clients, however, this would have been an easy phone call and resolution to contact me when they said they would and inform me of this, rather than me having to chase them as to why I was being ignored (I cannot speak highly enough of the girls at admin though. They are lovely)
