Libby has been so amazing and helpful with our renovation plans. She is both insightful and knowledgeable offering alternatives and options when necessary. She goes beyond what is expected for customer service. I would highly recommend if your about to renovate!! Thanks Libby!

Libby at Tradelink Mitcham is an absolute legend. We visited a few other store and received pretty average service. Libby has been a breath of fresh air. We had a large order to place for our build and Libby was provided great advice, patient working through it all with us, and following up to ensure everything was correct. Ask for Libby. If I could give the stor manager Andrew ZERO star, I will. I am in retailer business for 10 years and in construction industry for 7 years, never saw a store manager like him, he or his team made mistakes then blame on customer. I am here to tell everyone the story. I placed an order over $15000.00 in December, wanted to get everything in March, Andrew gave me a phone call said 2 baths in the order, 1 in stock, another 1 not in stock. I really like those 2 of the same baths just different size to put in different bathrooms. He suggested me get other brand search from tradelink website, he gave me suggestions are all cheap low price ones and I don't like them. I asked him I want 2 baths, not just 1, or might get both from others. He straight told me I need to pay 25% restocking fee if I don't want to get baths from him. I said I don't want this 25% restocking fee, we just pick up whatever is in stock. The sales person Libby who sold these to me no longer in Mitcham store, she moved to Dandenong, then I called Dandenong store, she recommended another bath to me plus the one already in stock in Mitcham. When I asked my husband to pick up everything in Mitcham but Andrew already took the in stock bath off my order. So I quickly called Libby to order 2 baths deliver within a week to my job which she did the awsame job. Everything I ordered are all stanless steel color or called Brush Nicked color, I went to the job yesterday found kitchen mixer is Chrome, I quickly asked my plumber put it back to the box return to Andrew, this time he's good return that for me but he said he doesn't have anything in brush nicked for me, so I have to go store by store nearby to find one. Even he returned this, he's still saying I should know and been told there is no Brush Nicked color in that kitchem mixer. I think he's thinking I am stupid, everything Brush Nicked, why I accept 1 mixer is Chrome? Today, I found another mistake in the order, 2 bath spouts, none of them are Swivel Bath spouts, Libby recommended Swivel one evern sent me link and quote, I really liked those swivel one, I trusted them didn't check the many many item invoice, Andrew gave me both are not swivel. I didn't know both of them are not swivel until plumber sent me photos. I showed photos to Andrew, he said he already lost money he doesn't care, asked me get out of the store go for cosumer affair. I asked him call Libby to confirm did she sell swivel one to me, he doesn't care. Becasue Libby no longer in Micham store, now he can make many excuses. It is my fault didn't check the item and my plumber already installed, I just wanted something to disscuss might be sell Swivel ones to me at their cost price but his attitude is asking get out of his store. How come this kind of person is the store manager?
