To the whole team at Alliance, just wanted to say thank you. I have worked with Alliance for a year while on a working holiday visa. They have been very supportive and very helpful if I ever had a question and would always try and find me work in relation to my work experience both in metropolitan and regional areas. It was a very straightforward process to join and I never had any issues each member I was in contact with was professional and nice. Thanks Lynda

This used to be Belmore, a family run agency. Unfortunately as with many agencies that have been swallowed up by large corporations, it is Unfortunately not positive. Trying to join this agency is an absolute nightmare. The positive reviews are clearly made by the agency itself, or people who have never worked for any other agencies. I have rarely in 25 years come across the amount of unnecessary paperwork as with this agency. Working with children checks should absolutely not be required if you never work with children, (this costs people money), stat decs for service records that are completely pointless unless they are attempting to underpay people, they want all your I'd certified (totally unnecessary), they want a stat deck for criminal history from overseas even if you have never been a citizen overseas, this is usually a check box simply to say yes or no to being an overseas resident and then asking for one (All you need to provide as an Australian citizen is a national police check). The list of complete over the top requests for certified documents and stat decs and other crazy stuff is just incredible. There are actually no documents that require to be certified copies, and there is nothing that actually requires a stat dec. And you absolutely do not need to be going through obtaining a working with children check if your entire career Is based around aged care or only working with adults in general. 25 years as an agency RN, I know for absolute fact that these requests are simply not required. I am pretty sure these guys would lose a large amount of potential staff with their insane joining requirements.

Riley & the recruitment team at the office in Mitcham could not be more helpful. I had a really straightforward and informative onboarding. Much easier than similar agencies around. Nothing was too much trouble, everyone is very efficient & responsive with emails. It just just over a week to get set up and that was with a day or 2 delays on my part sorting jabs. I did my first shift within 2 days of being set up on the app and it all went smoothly. App is super easy to navigate also! Allocations team seem great so far. Overall really positive experience.

Any complaints- you did it. Even if you didnt, you did. They wont take your side. Far better agencies out there that will support you if things dont go to plan.

Belmore is a one of the best nursing agency in Australia. The team is very professional, supportive and cooperative. The recruitment team and allocation staff is fantastic and the best thing thing is their prompt reply. I am gonna start working with them and they supported me at every step. The treatment I received during the whole hiring and recruitment process is worth admiring and they all are very polite and respectful especially Riley. I would highly recommend Belmore. Cheers to you guys.
