I was recommended by a friend (real estate agent) when I was looking for a conveyancer a few months ago. From beginning to end, Julie and Juli have consistently demonstrated high level of professionalism and customer service, and always put the interest of the client front and centre. I have used a few conveyancers in the past and picked up a few things when it comes to conveyancing. However Julie was the only one so far that explained to me that for the special condition of subject to building inspection, you can only walk off the contract without penalty when there is Major and Structural defect, which I didn't know about because all my previous conveyancers didn't bother to tell me apparently.
