Eyewear Plus

Before my lovely optometrist passed away he recommended that I should start seeing Arthur. Arthur has been taking care of my eyes for more than 10 years now. I feel comfortable and trust whole heartedly in Arthur's care for my sight, the health of my eyes and will charge me reasonably. Ken is also brilliant when it comes to my very tricky frame choice. I really challenge our relationship in that way, but he will always find a way to make it happen. I could not recommend Eyewear Plus service and delivery enough.

My husband and I have been going here for several years. We were looking around for a local independent business and we were lucky enough to find Ken, Lucy and Arthur. They have been helpful, pleasant, prompt and very professional and knowledgeable. My husband has had some issues with eye problems and Arthur has been extremely helpful. They have recently helped me out once again. I recommend them highly.

Rush service, paid $650 for a new pair of silhouette glasses to replace the old one that was bought here too. The guy (with glasses) just want to hurry me out the door during lockdown last year when they opened till 12pm when i got there. Next he just hurry me to pick and had me paid deposit and rush me out the door so they can close the door. All done in 5 mins and now my eyes couldn't see well with my new glasses because they didn't spend time to talk to me and help me. I won't be coming back to support them because of extremely poor service i received and will get my eyes check with another optometrist. Update- Service seems to have improved when i went back to get a price quote for a broken arm of one of my silhouette glasses. Extra star for that. Although I already found a new Optometrist.
