Dont go here for rosacea treatment. I was told I would need 2-3 laser treatments at the start and was under quoted by $100 per treatment. Throughout the sessions I was told different things from the clinicians and felt I couldnt trust they were giving me the best treatment. I have had 3 laser Cool view excel v+ treatments with no difference. I did get the 3rd treatment bulk-billed as I complained. However I have spent $1000 for no results. The clinician also told me at the third treatment they dont have the gold standard laser for rosacea - the pulse dye laser. Im really disappointed and sitting here with my face on fire.

amazing!!! got an appointment promptly with an urgent referral from my GP. Dr Tim Rutherford was extremely helpful and took the time to actually help rather than rush in and out. as expected, a little pricey but any specialist is going to be the same. 10/10 recommend

Not very satisfied with my visit to see Dr. Tim Rutherford at Preston Dermatology & Specialist Centre. My long awaited consultation only included Yes/No answers to my questions and 2 mins physical examination. If I missed asking any question, good luck! I was rushed for next patient.
