Basic fee $90, can only claim back just under $40. So $50 plus out of pocket everytime you go there. Rip off. Many practises have a co-payment. But this is highway robbery.

I cannot commend all of the staff from Doctors to reception enough. As an ongoing patient recieving care to aid for my extenuating and complex health conditions for myself and other members of my family also, I truly cannot express the gratitude I have for everyone here. From the kindness and caring nature of everyone at reception to the level of expert care from the Doctor's. Unfortunately, my regular doctor that I use to see retired from the clinic and although it was sad to depart from the care of Dr. Golemo, the transition over to Dr. Tiet was kind and smooth. Having such a clinic filled with people from all walks of life in experience and a true form of human nature goes a long way. It makes you feel an undying level of support and for that I am grateful. As goes the saying 'it takes a village to care for someone ', that is well and truly true. And if you require that kind of care-this village, this clinic is just the place for you. From Reception-Amy, Cam, Craig and Chrissy to Dr. Tiet and Dr. Hajoona.. you are all amazing and a village of strength. Thankyou for the continued support and kind caring nature on a constant. You all bring balance and goodness to this world.

Receptionist (Asian women) is very rude has no patience and a simple mistake such as not checking in right away and sitting in the waiting room. She yelled at me and told me to hurry up!. Even told my daughter off and made her cry 2 times now. Please fire her. She clearly hates her job or has family issues taking it out on patients. GET A NEW FIELD OF WORK!! Feel bad for her husband. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Choose another place please

Our experience with Regent was beautiful. It was super relaxed, and very informative. The medical assistant and the doctor who we met was a joy during one of the most anxious times we experience as a family. Before and after care was amazing too.
