Booked a logbook service online for 8am appointment and 4.30pm pick up. At 4.30pm, the car wasn't even ready yet - apparently the mechanic hasn't filled the car with new engine oil. The more annoying thing is after the service the car makes this weird and loud clanking noise when it goes more than 30 km/h. On top of that, the guy at the counter points out multiple issues but didn't even bother offering to book in an appointment and simply said they have been fully booked for the next month or so. Wouldn't return again for sure.

I have booked service online for 16th May and its been rescheduled to 30th may without knowing me. And again on 24th may they rescheduled me for another three weeks. Very poor service

Has no experience charge customer more then others. They left tie rods loose of my car nearly comes off which was very dangerous because to heavy accident.
