        If I could give zero I would. The man at the counter who I consulted about medicare was just simply rude. No greeting, no smile, just unpleasant. I understand that he deals with many people but we are all humans and we all need to be treated with a little respect. I felt like I was a leper. If one has had enough of dealing with people just resign. I have my own mental and physical issues and I sure as hell did not need a person greeting me in such a despicable manner. Customer service equals manners. Find them if you have lost them or just leave. People like myself do NOT need negativity for doing things that need to be done. Seriously, mate work at becoming a better service customer!

        I have sent emails in relation to my Medicare enquire but have not received any response since November 2022. I try calling but no one receives the phone call and I am always put on hold with no one getting back to meits so bizarre and strange. Not sure who can I ask for assistance with this.
