I saw Dr Hannah Prentice at this clinic two ? years ago. She was young & probably newly qualified. She failed to pick up my Heart problems despite all the information I gave her, she just didnt seem interested enough to ask the right questions despite the blood bank refusing my donations because of my irregular missed heart beats. In February 22 I passed out and fell face first from the kerb onto the road in Lygon Street breaking my C2 vertebrae. I underwent spinal surgery at the Austin Spinal hospital, I now live with a large screw attaching my head to my neck in constant pain. Dr Hannah Prentice just couldnt see past me asking for scripts for anti anxiety meds, that made me feel better her perception seemed to be that I was Doctor Shopping. My Cardiologist finally diagnosed an over 90% heart blockage had been the cause of my fall. I had an emergency open heart triple bypass on the 1st August 22. The wonderful Doctor I consulted after Hannah acted immediately. She listened to me and and heard my symptoms.. she saved my life.

I went this clinic yesterday as my first visit, doctor was great However, the reception stuff is not professional as well as rude and forgetful.I realised that was charged cost several time from my credit card. so I asked that over the phone but the reception stuff seemed like upset and troublesome to correct the change. I was really disappointment and intermittently consider seeking another GP. Also the cost is too hight this Clinic than others. After that I noticed that many patients complain about reception stuff. It's a pity that the doctor is great.

Cannot recommend this clinic (particularly Dr Shannon) highly enough - Im not exaggerating when I say shes saved my life more than once. I still see her despite moving two hours away.

There are great, ordinary and bad in every profession. Clearly they do not filter for the only best. First time with a recommendation, great experience. Second time with another doctor as mine was not available, worst experience of my life. Did not allow me to do the blood tests requested by my naturopath and made the appointment longer than it needed to be. Also never provided a solution to another health issue.
