Worst medical centre when it comes to centre management and appointment waiting time. Almost every appointment for us in the last year has been delayed by 45 mins and the frustrating part is when raised as a concern the reception response was that every medical centre is that way and they cant do anything. They dont have the basic courtesy to inform patients if they are running late. You would be lucky to connect to their reception if you want to enquire abt any delays in advance. Not sure why I should be paying out of pocket gap fee for this centre. Better to find another clinic where at least you will have some assurance of on time appointment for any urgent matters and can plan your day accordingly. P.S This rating is not against the doctors. There are some really good doctors and hence the reason for putting up with this centre for the last year. Not anymore.

I think overall performance of management staff is good. No body is 100% perfect lets appreciate them. Doctors are also very good. Much appreciate your good efforts

Dr Angel is an amazing doctor. Iv been her in Australia for 8years fr Nz and my previous Dr I been with him since I was born, never had the same sort of care until I Found Dr Angel. She takes the time to listen is intent and straight forward. The clinic isnt bulk billed but not to expensive. Id prefer to pay for good care then be rushed like a number. Getting a appointment can long but worth the wait for a good doctor.

5 stars for Dr Angel -- BEST GP ever!! I've been seeing Dr. Angel for several years now, and I can confidently say that she is one of the best GP I have ever had. She takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and explains everything in a way that I can understand. Plus, she's really thorough during my exams and always follows up with me after my appointments to make sure everything's good. Overall, I'm so glad I found such a caring and awesome GP. I'd totally recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who knows their stuff and makes you feel like a valued patient.

Dr Shamim Khan - Rude behavioral issue while not being authentic doctor with his advise so not recommendable doctor to approach With Dr Shamim Khan booked an appointment to get referral as advised by specialist to get referral from GP he refused to provide referral also at first place when entered room he slammed door with big bang which hurted my ear with banging noise. Pure waste of time and money with this doctor
