From the moment Chris knocked on our door asking if we wanted an appraisal to be performed, Chris always conducted himself with the upmost professionalism. We were nervous and to be honest didn't know if we wanted to sell 100% but he filled us with enough confidence and trust we knew taking the leap to sell we were in good hands with him.Overall Chris' lovely nature, patience and dedication is an attribute to him in this industry and we will continue to use him in the future. Genevieve Hill - Outstanding Customer Service I would like to thank Genevieve for the outstanding customer service experience we have had over the last two weeks with the Ray White business. I contacted Genevieve two weeks ago as my wife and I were considering downsizing as a possibility. I have known Genevieve for over 10 years and seen her sell many homes in the Patterson Lakes Area. I have attended many Auctions and have watched a true professional in the industry. I have seen how she conducts herself with the clients and the customers. Genevieve is a True Professional, her personal presentation and grooming standards, her conduct, her knowledge of the industry instantly makes you feel like you are with the best in the industry. We did not even consider asking for any other agent to view our property. I had made up my mind that when it was time to sell that Genevieve was going to be the chosen one to sell our home. We have lived in our home for 20 years. It was not an easy decision to make, but our home was too big for my wife and I, our family have all grown up and moved out and we need to find a smaller home. Genevieve is a great listener; she took on board what we wanted to do, and she got a clear understanding of the improvements we had made to our home. We discussed all the options available to us, and then we knew that we were ready to sell. We also knew that we were in safe hands with Genevieve. When you sell your home that has so many memories linked to it, it is not an easy task to do, so it can become an emotional time and a challenging time during the process. My wife and I cant thank Genevieve enough for her patience, her support, her undivided attention to make sure that we were okay, and of course her professionalism. Genevieve always kept in communication. She informed us what time she was going to attend each day. I would receive text message to confirm that she was about 20 minutes away from being at my home. On completion of each inspection, we were contacted and given a full debrief on how the visit went and the overall progress of the sale. We cannot recommend Genevieve highly enough. She would rank as being the most professional Real Estate Agent I have worked with in my life. We have been to 30 inspections for a new home, in the past two weeks, and no one comes even close to the standard of Genevieve, she is one in a million. She is reliable, sincere, courteous, and very professional in her conduct.
