        Worst bank. I have been a loyal customer with this branch for many years. I walked in today to have a lady waiting at the teller be quite rude to me and denied me any assistance at this branch. I was told to go elsewhere. Poor customer service. Am very disappointed and l will change banks.

        I had a great experience at this branch. I had an appointment with Karen Keep to sign some mortgage papers. Karen was extremely thorough, she was timely and had a great personality too! Id definitely recommend Karen.

        Do not go to this branch unless you are signing up to open an account. I am seriously thinking of moving all financial dealings from ANZ now. Pathetic service and staff who know nothing about banking.

        Went into the branch close a few account and change my home loan repayment account. The wrong account was allocated and changed it online and still the wrong account is being deducted . We call ANZ to change the repayment account and two people didn't know what the hell they were doing. My wife and I went into the branch today to close the account and the change repayment account at 9:30am. We told if you don't have an appointment you will have to come back in 2 weeks. This is a very simple request and should only take 5 mins.
