The reception staff were fine in my experience, so cant agree with the bad reviews of them. Dr John is definitely quite brief in his consults and doesnt really ask many probing questions. You get the sense that hes trying to rush you out as soon as youre in, but have been happy with his recommendations, referrals, and prescriptions to date. Dr Danny is absolutely my preference of the two. Hes efficient like John, but probes and takes time to talk about your issues/symptoms. Ultimately, I feel like a lot of workers in bulk billing GP clinics are, in general, not super pleasant to deal with. Im sure they cop it from frustrated patients on the regular, and thatd take a toll over time. This place is no different to most other clinics in the level of service they provide, though I do appreciate the short wait time for appointments.

Made the mistake of seeing Dr John for my prenatal care. Reluctant to write me a referral for my ultrasound and pathology script for my partner- which we booked double appointment for the both of us prior. Lazy, rude and abrupt to say the least. I moved to see Dr Danny and cannot recommend seeing Dr Danny enough, who takes time during your appointments and will answer your questions and addresses your concerns very thoroughly.

This place has the WORST receptionists EVER. You walk in and they are literally doing NOTHING but will NEVER answer the bloody phone. What are they getting paid for?

Do yourself a favour, if you are going here -see Dr Danny. John is by the far worst and rudest doctor out there. Prescribes things when you dont need them and tries to diagnose you before any tests etc (and wrongly too!) My stars literally just go to Dr Danny for being that little bit friendlier and actually taking that little bit more time To ask a couple more questions. Receptionist not even friendly either.

Best gp I've ever had,easy to communicate, good professionals,intelligent, awesome with kids,we r family of 5,won't ever go anywhere else but Century Health Care,love and respect to u ,guys
