I dont even remember why we chose Scott, however it was the best decision we have made. Scott and his entire team are the most genuine and caring medical professionals that we have come across. If you are deciding on who to go with, make sure its them!!

Dr Scott Shemer is an amazing obstetrician that I couldn't recommend highly enough, he helped to deliver my identical twin baby boys in February 2021. My pregnancy had considerable complications - selective growth syndrome and a short cervix. It resulted in me spending an incredibly difficult almost 7 weeks in hospital and eventually giving birth at 30 weeks gestation. Scott went above and beyond throughout my entire pregnancy, to provide my husband and I support - through Scott's incredible knowledge and also emotional support during what was a very hard time. On top of his extensive knowledge he is incredibly kind and empathetic. He safely delivered our baby boys and they are now home and thriving. Thank you Scott for all you have done for me and my family!

Dr Scott Shemer is an amazing obstetrician with an awesome team of midwives and practice staff. I had him for my first pregnancy which had ended in an emergency caesarean for fetal distress late in the labour. This was now my second pregnancy and I wanted to try for a VBAC (vaginal birth after caesarean). Dr Scott discussed the risks and benefits for a TOLAC (trial of labour after caesarean). He supported me through the pregnancy and gave me opportunity to have my questions answered at every appointment. He checked my baby regularly and I felt reassured, informed and safe. I saw his midwives at 34 and 37 weeks which made the whole experience so well rounded and really helped me to get into the right head space for birth. I felt very looked after by Dr Scott and his team especially during covid restrictions, when appointments had to be attended alone. His practice staff were so friendly and accommodating, they made everything smooth and seamless. The day I went into labour Dr Scott was there encouraging me on and the midwives at Frances Perry House were so skilled and caring. I ended up having a successful and uncomplicated VBAC!! A midwife from Dr Scott's rooms called me a couple of weeks later, to follow up on the feeding, to ask about my birth experience and to see how I was going. I also had a 6 week postnatal follow up by Dr Scott. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Scott and his team and I recommend his care to any one looking for a highly skilled practitioner with an excellent bedside manner.

I would recommend Dr. Scott Shemar to any pregnant women. We were so lucky to have Dr. Scott's strong knowledge and support during pregnancy and birth. He was professional, caring, very kind and passionate about his job as a obstetrician. Also his team, midwives and receptionists were amazing too. We've been enjoying our parenting very much after long waiting period for our first baby.We can't thank Dr. Scott enough.

Simply the best!!! He delivered my first and now Im having my second baby...I would recommend Scott to the world. He cares about his patients and everyone involved.
