Dr Faris Alshamma

Dr Faris made a few dangerous errors in judgment during our pregnancy. Basically he wouldnt say sorry I dont know the answer to that, Ill find out (if he didnt know the answer to a question). He'd just make it up. I was too shy to give a negative review amidst all the 5 star reviews, then I met two other mums who told me very similar stories. If you have a high risk pregnancy Id go elsewhere, or insist on another doctor at the womens hospital.

Dr Faris is an extremely experienced obstetrician who was very supportive through my pregnancy. My baby daughter was born in January23 and throughout the 9 months leading up to the blessed day, Dr Faris was a pillar of strength. He is extremely prompt with answering any questions and has a very well planned visiting schedule. He was patient in answering all my doubts(some of them being very mundane) but he was very professional and calmly answered all of them and put me at ease. He is empathetic and a very good listener and super knowledgable. He is also very friendly and also cared to answer questions by my family members. My birthing experience was also great as he came to the room on time and ensured I had all the things I need. Even while birthing her he prepped me for it and assured me everything will be fine. He let hold my baby the moment she was in the world and was very supportive in the post birth time too. Certainly the best doctor in town and I would surely recommend him to all my pregnant friends and family. If I have a second baby, i will definitely have Dr Faris as my obstetrician. I'm grateful to have found him. Grace(handles reception and appointments) was a pleasure to talk to and also very responsive to my calls and messages. All in all, 100% rating doesnt do him justice, hes definitely amazing to have as your obstetrician and I was lucky to have had this experience with him.

Dr Faris is a wonderful obstetrician. I cannot recommend him enough. I gave birth to a healthy baby girl in February 2022, and while I was very nervous during my pregnancy and pre-birth, Dr Faris put me at ease. He was kind, warm, patient and calm. He really listened to my concerns with empathy and took time to answer my questions and explain things to me. I knew that I was in the safest hands and trusted him. My birth experience ended up being very healing for me, and I am so grateful to Dr Faris. I have recommended him to pregnant family members and if I ever have a second baby I hope to have him as my obstetrician again. Grace (reception and administration) was also so helpful and kind and I also thank her for being so wonderful.
