VicRoads - Pakenham Licence Testing Centre

Utterly disgusted with the service Before booking or writing my hours down I asked them multiple times whether interstate log book is acceptable and they approved it, and also they checked it with the manager and apparently it was fine, then I booked my appointment for couple of days ago and 5 minutes prior to my drive test they said we only accept Vic logbooks and just ruined my entire day. Despite its being their fault the manager accused me for lying and their attitude is just very inappropriate and rude. I will never ever go back, I'd actually rather drive all the way from Pakenham to Frankston Vic roads to do my things. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! Wish there was a 'zero star' option too

Well, I just passed the driving test and it is the first time. All staffs there showed very respectful and kindness and very polite. My driving instructor named Ezl who did amazing job and talked to me very politely. Thx for encouragement and will do my best in these 3 years probation.

Instructor had very poor language towards me today as I was driving past the vic roads coming out of market place if these are the professionals teaching drivers there is no hope for any of them ...as I see them on the road majority have no idea with the instructor next to them in Pakenham
