Pakenham Superclinic

My name is Dany and I have been attending this clinic since it was opened back in 2007 or so . The service there is impeccable and the receptionists are so professional and obliging like Amreet and Margaret . The doctors at Pakenham superclinic are very knowledgeable and thorough ! They don't leave any stone unturned until they give you the right and correct diagnosis even if they have to refer you for specialists and the likes to get to the bottom of things and put your mind at rest . Drs Newman and Siva are one of the many Doctors who know their trade very well and have passion for their work like no other . I fully recommend this bulk billing clinic and I hope the government will fund such clinics to ease the pressure on the Emergency department of the hospitals around us who are bursting at their seams without any help to solve this chronic problem. I don't and won't know everything about life but this ONE thing I surely know since I have experienced it : you , as a patient , will never go wrong with clinic like PAKENHAM SUPERCLINIC . Just dont go to this place. Long waiting times even over the phone. And the staff is not helpful.

Appointment was at 3.50pm, didn't go in to see the doctor until 4.53pm. Actually had to go to reception a second time to remind them I was there & still waiting. Receptionist just, I don't know, aren't aware of what's going on around them? People going in yet 1 patient just sitting there time after time, wouldn't you put 2 & 2 together? Doctor apologies for being late yet during my wait time I genuinely don't think I saw her come out more than once to grab another patient. Genuinely hate this place. Got a prescription for astma medication, was done it 2 minutes
