Brilliant nursery in Olinda full of unusual plants. Craig is a fount of knowledge and online ordering is excellent. Don't forget to visit Pirianda (free garden with lovely walks) round the corner and Cloudehill up the road.

I have been meaning to get in touch since the beginning of January. Thankyou SO MUCH 2 the lovely Dominican man who helped my son and I. We needed RACV assistance. This delightful man not only called them for me (my phone had no coverage) but welcomed us and let us chill out there until RACV came, gave us a jug of cordial with ice, showed us around their magical garden and greenhouse and let my child thoroughly wear out Stanley, the super dog. We had to leave ASAP bc my son was exhausted (...like Stanley!! Lol! ) and had dinner plans but I felt bad not thanking you at the time. We were so grateful. Next time we come up to the hills we'll see if you are in to say, "Hi."

Such a lovely nursery, loved Stan and Burt - the 2 cute doggies. They were very helpful in showing us the way I was so sorry I forgot to ask the owners name, but he was so helpful and just amazing to talk to. Cant wait to plant out trees #supportsmallbusiness

I received a Begonia in the post and it arrived in poor condition (wasn't packed well, most leaves had snapped off and the ones that were still attached were sad). I'm aware that Begonias don't travel well in the post but this one was pretty unhappy. I've salvaged what I can of it and let the nursery know how sad the plant was upon arrival (sent photos of the plant via email). Craig at the nursery called me, spoke to me on the phone and was understanding, kind and generous enough to send me a replacement Begonia. It arrived in the mail yesterday and was such a big improvement from the first delivery. I love supporting small businesses when I can and 99% of all of my online plant shopping experiences have been positive. Happy to say that Gentiana Nursery have a returning customer here and thank you for your wonderful customer service, 5 out of 5 stars cheers ^_^
