Australia Post - Olinda LPO

I've been using this post office for over a year now to post items interstate & over seas & have never had one bad experience! The staff are knowledgeable, friendly & helpful plus they will go the extra step to give you hints on how to save money on postage for certain items! Keep up the good work!

This man Spike would have to be the fastest Australia Post employee/Rep I have just got my passport renewal. Spike ask for all the forms, and made it all happen faster than you can blink. Spike I really hope Australia post senior staff get to read this compliment, as you are constantly Friendly, Fast, with a very pleasant mannerism. Thanks for the great service

Thanks Bhavesh! I have post two boxes at Olinda post office , best service I have ever received, hes very kind and efficient, especially let me know no need to the line again while completed the form. Highly recommended anyone! Also Great range greeting cards!! Doesnt deserve the bad reviews. Some people just arent super bubbly and outgoing but they are incredibly efficient and hard working and helpful if you ask the right questions.

Always rude and unhelpful. Doesn't open on weekends so those who work off the mountain cannot pick up mail that gets sent to the post office. Wanted to charge me when I had to return an item unopened to the sender. Doesn't know his job. When I went to another office they sorted the return to sender without issue and with a degree of pleasantness that seems beyond this individual. Overly familiar. Rude and dismissive. After 33 years of having a P.O. box at this location am thinking of using another office.
