Wild Patch Retreat

Wild Patch Retreat is a peaceful haven of luxury and pampering in the heart of the Dandenongs. Linda does everything she can to make your visit a holiday to remember. I loved the gourmet chocolate-making classes. I have to say that white chocolate with passionfruit is my favourite. And the animals are amazing - the biggest, most cuddly pussycats you will ever find. Patch and JJ are so photogenic and happy to be patted and admired. I don't know if I will ever be able to have chicken soup again after having fun with the Wild Patch chickens. They all have names connected with chocolate, like Calebaut, and are different exotic breeds of chickens. I've never seen chickens like these before. Some have really long, soft feathers and funny fluffy 'pants'. Being easy walking distance to Olinda is a real advantage as I loved going to the local cafes and shops. If you are considering staying at Wild Patch, I highly recommend it. What a fabulous place!
