Victorian Garden Ornaments

Avoid this place. Indian owner was extremely rude, he was unhappy I did not purchase an urn from him as it was stained with dirt & fungus. After this, with a foul mouth he told me to not come back again and continued to shout alongside with horrible language, even though I had thanked him for his time. I went back to him whilst he was ranting and told him how disgusted I am with his service and how you should never speak to customers nor anyone like that. I had actually purchased from him before which he did not know either. Extremely horrible service and tries to force a sale. Avoid at all costs, much better service from Berwick potteries instead.

Rude owner. For a simple question whether the articles he was selling has any warranty, he took offense. He has no manners whatsoever to speak to speak with his customers. Avoid this place by all means.

Went there to look at their stock as l am doing up my gardens. Was there for about 10 minutes when an Indian couple arrived after us. Within minutes there was someone assisting them. We were barely acknowledged and it felt clear that my white money was not as important and the other customers which is a shame. If you're not from the subcontinent l would stay clear if you are from there you will get great service. Shame l have to take my business out of the local community l try to support.
