Strata Equity Management

Strata Equity has failed their responsibility multiple times as OC/ rental provider. Takes them multiple days to have essential repair (hot water) to be rectified. They are unreliable OC/ rental provider! So frustrating to tell with them! Their after hours service (Scotia) is just as worst as them. Not recommended! Save yourself time and look for a reliable one. If i could give 0 star I would!

The most conceited, self absorbed OC Managers that I have ever encountered. They dont respond to emails, they send out invalid ballots, and disregard the wishes of Lot Owners. They damaged our front wall when they put up their sign - during an interim period - last September, and have still not rectified that issue. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Absolutely phenomenal. After having bad experiences with other Oc managements, Ive finally come across Strata Equity. From day 1, it really became apparent that they care about their clients and the wellbeing of the apartment building. Danielle and Adam have been nothing but professional and knowledgeable on everything. Dont bother looking elsewhere. Its been assuring, knowing theyre so understanding and helpful. Their expertise really shows.

If you are looking for Owners Corporation managers who treat your property like their own then Strata Equity is the best choice. After working with many owners corporation managers over years the team at SE are amongst the most efficient, proactive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

2023 update: The previous account manager has left. The new account manager is delightfully fast and efficient. They now visit our properties so they can understand the unique situation of our townhouse complex. Our waste issue has finally been resolved, as well as all the other issue we have raised. Well done Kathryn and Jasmin. Keep up the good work. Original rating: 1 star Original review: I strongly advise not to engage with Strate Equity. Nothing happens when the account manager is on leave. Emergency issues such as rubbish collection will not be resolved until the account manager comes back. When we moved to our property, we have no rubbish bins waiting so I had to organise the delivery of our bins. When the bins arrived, no one collected for three weeks so our rubbish accumulated. Once the rubbish collection has been resolved, the rubbish collector at the start has an erratic collection schedule so I had to reach out directly to this contractor to iron out the issue. I even had to personally invite the contractor to explain where the rubbish should be collected. I basically did Strata Equity's job for them. Requests will persist unresolved for a very long time. For instance, even a simple issue such as green waste collection remains unresolved for more than three months. They have a weird arrangement with regards to rubbish collection where general and recyclable wastes are collected by a contractor but this contractor does not collect our green waste. They have to involve the gardener to collect our green waste instead. They promised that green bins will be available a month ago but nothing has happened yet despite several email follow ups. Meanwhile, my green waste is rotting in my backyard while I wait. This company is messy and unorganised. I'd probably encourage shifting to a different owner's corporation in the next annual meeting.
