We have not been able to process that far, not even able to get the quote, after so many phone calls and sms. Dean asked me to take a measure and photos and sent him because he was to busy to come. I did, then heard nothing, then called back asking for the quote, then followed up so many time. He said he sent email already - nothing was received, except his brochure. Then finally got him to come over, then again never been able to receive the quote after that. So, basically, customers are treated like rubbish, redundant, the business is too good to have more customers. In the end, I remove his contact and block him from calling, after giving him an opportunity to get back to me and he never did
