Elwa Energysavers

Confirmation that this 1 star review was for Elwa Energysavers in Melbourne after unprofessional behaviour by staff member/manager Ben. This google account is a pseudonym, as many are, but mine is due to my family being victim/survivors of family violence, so we're very careful about our digital safety. Given this, I'm sure you'll understand that I won't be making further contact with ELWA by phone or email. I'd also like to note that my one star review was organic, but that 12 of your 15 five star reviews have been after my review, within 2 weeks, and that many of these google accounts had never done a google review before. It's a shame Elwa's Victorian staff aren't as professional and respectful as its South Australian staff and operations appear to be, because what you do is super important and something I'm very passionate about. Very disappointing, but hopefully lessons can be learned.

Always an uncomplicated experience when dealing and working with the Elwa Energysavers. Finding a lighting solution for all our properties, was only the beginning. Thank you Ben and team, keep up the great work!
