I was having problems with our air conditioning over summer. The manufacturer's service provider looked at it and said it should just be replaced and he would get back to me but never did, even after chasing him and the manufacturer up multiple times. I tried contacting other AC repair companies and they either did not get back to me, did not want the job, just wanted to quote on a new system or could not book in a service call for weeks. Just searching Google I came across Airbender Refrigeration and thought I would givem them a try. Jacob called me back within an hour or so of me leaving a message and said he would come out ASAP to have a look at the unit. Jacob came out the next day and determined the unit had a leak. He provided a quote to locate the leak and repair it. Jacob told us up front he may not be able to repair the unit but the cost to try was a lot less than to buy a new unit so we thought it was worth giving it a go. Jacob came back one week later when he said he would, repaired the leak and got the system up and running again. We have subsequently used the system on hot days and it is working fine. Jacob called or messaged to confirm appointments, turned up when he said he would and seemed prepared to help us resolve our problem as cost effectively as possible. Given I know nothing about AC, Jacob eplained what he was doing as he went along and showed me the work he had done. All up our experience with Airbender Refrigeration was excellent and I would definitely use Jacob again without hesitation. Based on my experience Jacob is a decent trades person trying to help out where he can. Service: A/C system repair

I recently bought a Daikin ducted air conditioner , well priced and great quality work, very reliable and a great person to work with. We have also used Jacob for multiple appliance repairs and havent been disappointed yet Thank for you for the great work Jacob.
