Dr Lucas Annabell

I will forever be grateful to Dr Lucas Annabell. My son was waiting over 4 years for double hip surgery. In less than 12 months under Dr Lucas' care, both hips were done. He is a caring, compassionate man and an outstanding surgeon.

Dr Lucas performed ORIF surgery on my right ankle in late December 2022. He has such a calm bedside manner, is very caring, compassionate and personable. Dr Lucas explained the procedure, recovery and rehab clearly and in detail. I would highly recommend him for people of all ages. Sarah is the receptionist that I communicated with in organising the surgery. She was very friendly, professional and arranged it all in a very timely manner. I am very thankful to both Dr Lucas and Sarah.

I was referred to Dr Lucas after my hip pain seemed to reach a dead end yet again. He explained his diagnosis and plan of treatment very clearly and has answered a multitude of questions since. He was very confident in his assessment of my case and the direction he wanted to take. He took the time to explain everything to me during the appointment and not once made me feel as though he needed to rush to the next patient. Im hopeful that his treatment will at last be able to make a dent in my hip pain for a long time to come.

Dr Lucas Annabell has taken incredible care of our 14 year old son who broke his femur in 2022. His approach and bedside manner is exceptional. Our son thinks hes the coolest Dr in Melbourne. I highly recommend him.

Dr Lucas Annabell was wonderful at communicating with both us as parents and our child so everyone felt comfortable and understood the procedure and recovery. Sarah made the coordination of appointments and paperwork for hospital seamless. Thank you for caring for us, we knew we were in good hands.
