Engaging Ninedots was the best money we spent during our entire build, no question. Their pricing is as competitive as you will find, yet their expertise and customer service are first class. Shannen in Build Support did a fantastic job overseeing the administration side and Steve, our inspector, was brilliant. Both his knowledge and his ability to explain things to us. He balanced maintaining a good working relationship with our builder, while always keeping our interests and build quality at the forefront. Both Shannen and Steve always made themselves available to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Most of the other parties we had dealings with during this process were genial enough but very transactional. Ninedots not only did a fantastic job but they also went the extra customer service mile. If we build again the only thing I know for sure is that we will work with Ninedots again. Thanks so much team, Nik & Kate

I was referred by my friends to ninedots build advocates . Steve has done an amazing work with my final handover inspection. He went through all defects and provided us detailed report. I would highly recommend them to everyone for their piece of mind. shannen has been great to deal with , i had several questions which she addressed promptly.

As a single woman I think this is a much needed service and I think Rebecca and Steve would really deliver. Rebecca took the time via phone and email to explain the various services and options. I think the quoted fees are reasonable compared with some other quotes I've come across

Cannot recommend Ninedots enough! Incredible attention to detail, maintained a great working relationship with the builder, more than happy to answer any questions I had. Prompt and thorough reports provided at every stage. As a first time builder working with Steve has given me so much peace of mind. This was the only part of the building process that was totally stress free. Highly recommend to anyone embarking on a build!
