Canvas + Sasson

Bought 2 ottomans and they were too big for the space when I got them delivered. Both are still in their packaging. They refuse exchange them for something else (I was willing to spend more), they refuse to take them back (I was willing to pay a restocking fee). No options given at all. I would never ever buy from them again. Why take the risk when there are so many retailers who actually care about their customer experience.

I have been a C&S lover for a few years now - just popped another order in, this time for a gorgeous new armchair which I am so excited for! The staff I dealt with were amazing, especially with worldwide freight issues making their jobs so difficult at the moment! Couldn't recommend more highly.
