I organised for Overall Care to clean my daughters unit in St Kilda, Melbourne prior to a property settlement. This was a little daunting as I was actually in lockdown in Greater Sydney. I made the arrangements with Kaya who I found to be very professional whilst being friendly and most helpful. The job was completed as arranged and I had no doubts about settling the account within being able to review the results. It was a pleasure to deal with Overall Care and especially Kayo.

I booked for bond cleaning on 10th December 2021 but these guys did spot cleaning and charged me for bond bond cleaning. I did not go to check the house and I sent recepire to my real estate agent and wait to get my bond back but they didnt respond so I emailed them and this is what they explained to me Hi Pratibha, As discussed, the owners have requested a further clean to the carpets as the high traffic arrears are still dirty. The owners have done a test patch and can see that the dirt will come up. They also found the kitchen floors to still be dirty. Please feel free to share this email with the cleaners you enlisted. We are happy to chat with them and assist in arranging access for them to reattend. Feel free to call me in the meantime if you need anything further.
