Inner Essence Breathwork

For many years I have explored modalities and integrations processes that assist in altering states of consciousness and the benefits that come from these experiences. Recently I was introduced to the BioDynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System by Kasia Tkaczyk, a facilitator in the process. I found Kasia to be very professional in her approach, from the initial contact and booking enquiry to the set up and facilitation of this process. Most importantly I felt emotionally, physically and physiologically safe as a result of her confident and open hearted presence and approach. Her ability to explain the process and sequence of the session quelled any remaining nervousness that I may have felt. My experience during this process was one of a profound change in state of my awareness, this altered state allowed me access to insights of great importance to me.
