Waited over an hour to be told the forms I had handed in arent usable as they were scanned incorrectly and to spite telling the worker that one of the employees there scanned it not me his response was that none of our employees would make a mistake like this and wouldnt accept the fact that I wasnt the one that scanned it nor offered any help to fix it very weird and very rude.

We went there to get an issue fixed . Nancy helped us and she was amazing... She explained everything and fixed the issue with no time..she was friendly and so supportive... Appreciate her help and this gives a new look towards narre centerlink... THANK YOU NANCY...

This place has a lot of bad comments but i had a great experience. Made my booking, walked in and within 10min I was seen to and within 45 everything was done. Lady was lovely and all in all I was really pleased

Went in here to get some help for an application and documents. First time lady with a scarf was very nice. Second time the guy who helped us was very very rude and talked down to us. Started interrogating on things that happened 3-4mths ago (how did he even expect us to remember on the spot!?) only to come home and later find out they were nothing to worry about and we could have answered him if he wasnt so demeaning and rude. Never going back again. Need to learn how to speak to people and actually help them not make it worse. Wish they would actually have something to do online or pick up the phone so we dont ever have to go in again.
