I went in and asked for two crossword scratchies and pointed to the display cabinet,when I return home (two minute drive) I see he has given me something different,so I return to the shop and say that you have given me the wrong ones,he tells me that I pointed to those ones,as far as I know you can't event see the front of the display from the back.I buy the crosswords quite often and have never seen the other ones I was given,so I know %100 I asked for crosswords.He tells me he can't refund them and that I had pointed to those ones.I have a brain injury and have trouble with memory,in the past he has said very rude about scratching barcodes off winning tickets saying "I won't tell you again" He gave me the wrong tickets and should take responsibility take $20 out of your own pocket and give me what I asked for, not what I pointed at.He is the rudest most arrogant man and unfortunately the only Lotto shop in Nagambie.I definitely would not recommend purchasing anything from here and would give him less than one star if possible.
